Access is assisted: a person sets the workspace up with you and stays on the call for the first questions. Choose what you want to see, and we reply from hello@answerlore.com to schedule it.

Two kinds of workspace. Both guided.

Sample workspace

Preloaded. Fictional. Ready first.

The Caldbeck X200/X250 workspace from the home page: an invented manufacturer and an invented service manual, ingested into topic docs the same way a real one would be. On the session you ask anything you like. Two of the preset questions it can answer, one it cannot, and that one matters most.

Because nothing of yours is involved, this is the quickest session to schedule.

Your manuals

Prepared from your PDFs. Checked by a person.

Send one to three PDFs: service manuals, install guides, warranty policies. Messy is fine; scanned is fine. We ingest them, and a person checks every doc it built before you see it, file by file.

We confirm the session date after reviewing the manuals, because the check is real work and its length depends on the documents. We will not quote a turnaround we have not looked at.

Founding-customer pilot

$750 once for a 30-day pilot. One product family, up to 3 manuals (scope reviewed before acceptance), up to 3 participating users, evaluated against 30 agreed historical support questions, with guided onboarding and one end-of-pilot review. The $750 is credited toward the Knowledge Map setup fee if you proceed. No subscription starts and nothing is charged automatically; scope and timing are confirmed before any invoice.
