Forty brands of manuals in. One answer line out.

Answerlore is a support brain for service companies and equipment dealers. It machines your manuals into cited, customer-safe answers a technician can read while the customer is on the line. Anything the docs cannot support gets pulled off the line, logged, and routed.

Line 01 · running · Caldbeck X200/X250 sample workspace Every claim traces to a manual page
Station 01 · Intake

One manual becomes twenty-two parts.

Ingestion splits each manual into topic docs: one fault code, one procedure, one policy per part. Every part keeps its source, its page range, and its revision, so nothing on the line ever loses its paper trail.

22 docs
Station 02 · Citation press

Every claim gets stamped with its page.

No answer leaves the press without the doc section, the manual revision, and the page number. A technician can open the original and show the customer where it says so.

Rev 4 · pp. 112-117
Station 03 · Quality gate

What the docs can't support comes off the line.

Ask something the knowledge base does not settle and Answerlore does not guess in a confident tone. The part is rejected, filed in the gap log with who owns the answer, and your senior technician writes it down once. Next time it ships.

Station 04 · Dispatch

Two finished parts, never mixed.

The internal answer carries part numbers, root causes, and escalation paths. The customer draft carries none of that: plain language, reviewed and sent by your technician, never by the machine.

Where your knowledge lives →

internal safe to send

Floor rules, posted where everyone can see them.

Rule 1

It refuses to guess.

A confident wrong answer costs more than no answer. Anything unsupported is rejected, logged, and routed to the team that owns it.

Rule 2

Every claim has a page number.

Doc section, manual revision, page range. If a claim can't cite its source, it doesn't ship.

Rule 3

Your knowledge stays yours.

A private instance per client, plain readable files, no shared systems. You can open the whole knowledge base, audit it, and take it with you.

“In equipment support, a confident wrong answer costs more than no answer.”

We fed Answerlore a real manufacturer's service manual. It answered what the manual settles, with page numbers. Asked something the manual doesn't settle, it declined and filed a gap. It even flagged the manual contradicting itself about its own version number.
