The loop

Nothing to learn. Your technicians just ask.

Answerlore fits how a service desk already works: a customer asks, the technician needs the answer now, and the person who knows is busy. Here is the whole loop.

Step 1

Load what you have.

Send us the PDFs you have, in whatever state they're in: OEM service manuals, scanned installation guides, warranty policies, the spreadsheet of known issues. Answerlore splits them into topic-scoped knowledge docs, each tagged with its source manual, page range, and version. What's messy stays traceable: every doc records where it came from and when a human last verified it.

Step 2

Technicians ask in their own words.

“Customer's X250 is throwing E04 and the flow looks normal.” No syntax, no tags, no search operators. Answers are short by default: the answer, the steps if there are steps, the citation, and when to escalate. Under 200 words, because your technician is standing in front of the equipment with the customer waiting.

Step 3

The customer gets a human, with better information.

For customer-facing questions, Answerlore drafts a reply in your company's voice: no part numbers, no internal notes, no commitments your policies don't back. Your technician reviews it and sends it. Every fact in the draft traces to a page a warranty auditor could check.

Step 4

What it can't answer makes the product better.

No coverage means no answer: Answerlore says “not in the knowledge base,” names the owning team, and files the gap with a running count of how often it's asked. Your expert answers once; the knowledge base grows exactly where your customers are asking. Six months in, your most-asked undocumented questions are documented, because the gap log put them in order.

What it doesn't do

The honest half of the spec sheet.

It doesIt doesn't
Answer from your documents, cited to the page Answer from the internet or its own general knowledge
Say “not in the knowledge base” and file a gap Guess when coverage is missing
Draft replies your technicians review and send Send anything to a customer on its own
Flag stale docs past their review date Pretend a 2019 manual is current

See it answer. See it refuse.

The demo runs on a sample workspace. The trial runs on your manuals.
